Richard Zigrovic

PARTNER

Richard has over 25 years of capital markets and investment management experience. Prior to co-founding R&D Private Capital, Richard was a Portfolio Manager at Barrantagh Investment Management, where he was responsible for leading the Investment Research Team and managing various Canadian and Global equity strategies. Earlier in his career, Richard was an Institutional Equity Research Analyst at Scotia Capital and Genuity Capital Markets, as well as working in several Engineering related roles.

Richard received his Engineering Degree from the University of Waterloo and his Master of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.  He also earned his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of Professional Engineers Ontario.

Darren Faint

PARTNER

Darren has been a driving force in the management of wealth of high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutional clients for over 20 years.  Prior to co-founding R&D Private Capital, Darren was Director and Senior Investment Counsellor at BMO Private Investment Counsel. He also gained extensive experience at I3 Advisors, Hewitt Associates Canada, Hewitt Associates (Chicago), and CIBC World Markets Inc.

Darren received an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo and his Master of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.  He also earned his Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation.
